The Coddington Agency was established June 1, 2006.  After being in Real Estate and Mortgages for over 10 years, I decided to open my own office offering professional, honest service to our customers and clients.  We started out at our first location, which was a large one-room office, and within an yr expanded and had to move to our present location, which is larger to accommodate our new Agents.


Today we have 5 Agents working for us offering many years of profession service.

We are available whenever you need us.  There are specific office hours when the office is manned, but we are also available anytime nights and weekends by appointments.
