The Coddington Agency currently manages in excess of  25 rental units in the Hornell area and we also have many landlords and homeowners call us to find tenants for their homes, which take the hassle off from them.  We have been managing apartments for over 3 yrs. with many of our owners being from out of town or country.


Landlords

If you have a place you are looking to rent give us a call or stop by as we have prospective tenants calling daily to see if we have anything available.  We have the rental agreement that the tenant fills out and we check the reference and past landlords taking the work off from you.   We show the property, collect the first months rent and security deposit and help you make this transition as easy as possible.  There is a fee for this service of the first month's rent.   If you want us to manage the apartment and collect the rents monthly and field all calls from tenants for repairs etc. we can also do that for a small monthly fee.

Tenants

Call us or find the rental agreement here on our website and print it out and bring it in so we can get you approved for renting an apartment.  You will need to fill out the agreement with all the information; we check your references and show you the home or apartment to be rented.   You will need to bring in the first months rent and security deposit before occupancy of home or apartment.
